Chinese New Year Update
Before I talk about my kampong trip and drown you with pics and info, I shall first talk about The Zone-Duty Free Shopping Complex.
Before I went back for CNY, Mini and I went to The Zone-Duty Free Shopping Complex.
We went there at night, cos our purpose wasn't for shopping, was actually for clubbing.
But we saw this,
Seriously speaking, I find it quite mesmerizing...

Mummy's luggage

Started our car at 11 plus pm, and reached Taiping at 7 plus am.
Chop Chop left our bags at 公公's home and phewwwww!!!!!!!!!!!
went to eat this,
The Famous CHEE CHEONG FUN!
Can you see how smooth and nice the kuay tiao is? Huh? Shiok sia! And the sweet sauce, the sweet sauce!!!!!!!!!!

Went home, went out again in search of vegetarian food for 拜拜
Went with 四舅 and waited for him while he went to search for it.
Boring in car, came down of car, bought water, and...
The streets of Taiping:
Went home.
Very funny lor.
Prepared for reunion dinner.

It may look very simple but actually it's very nice ok..
Night came and 四舅 starts camwhoring:
Then after 12 am,
Knock out around 4am.
1st day of Chinese New Year.
Woke up around ten plus and went to
Pardon the ugliness of me, cos didn't sleep much due to the travelling.
二舅
Then went home again after buying groceries.
Basically whole day slack at home.
2nd day of Chinese New Year.
Went to Ipoh, 婆婆's house.
Eat

Eat
Eat
Eat
GAGAGAGAGA!!!
Slept over at Grandma's house.
3rd day of Chinese New Year.
Woke up at 8 plus am.
Sent 大舅 to Tanjong Rambutan, haiz...
Went to find 阿姨 and then went back to Taiping.
Super headache by the time I reached Taiping cos of THE F**KING WEATHER!
Knocked out at 9 plus pm while mummy and the rest went out for supper.
Sian~~~
4th day of Chinese New Year.
Went to have CHEE CHEONG FUN again and also char kuay tiao..
But too bad I couldn't take a good pic of the char kuay tiao cos 三舅 gobbled it up in, like, 2 seconds?
These was all I could take..
GAGAGA!!!
Went home, showered and prepared for 拜年！
Camwhoring!

Then, we went for high tea.
Hazelnut white coffee.. Mmmmmmm......
Went to Matang to eat a sumptous dinner of seafood.
Didn't take any pics of the seafood cos I was too busy eating..
However, after eating,

Went home and slept around 2 plus am.
5th day of Chinese New Year.
Woke up early, had breakfast at Guang Ming again and went home to shower.
Prepared for going to Ipoh again.
Before leaving, I just had to take a pic together with my cute and beloved 公公!

Reached Ipoh around 4 plus pm and went for,
The Original 怡保鸡丝河粉
and The Original 怡保白咔啡
Ate a nice vegetarian dinner with 阿姨 and 姨丈 and we left at 10 plus pm.
Reached Johor at 5am.
I wanted to write out all that has happened in this past week, as detailed as possible, but I'm quite exhausted after so many days of excitement.
In short, 五舅 has bought his own home in KL, and we are all very happy for him. 四舅 has moved to a new office in KL also, and both of them have their own cars now. We are all very very happy for them.
公公 is very old now. His hair has turned white and he has lost so much weight. He can't even remember us most of the time. Whenever we ask him our respective names, he always treat everyone of us as 二舅. Haha.. I guess he really dote on 二舅 alot. But we don't blame him, cos we know he's old already. Sometimes he remember me, sometimes he doesn't.
婆婆 is still young at heart and still laughs like a child, not much difference in her as compared to last year. Which I hope will continue for many more years to come..
Alot of details I have skipped writing cos I'm really exhausted. After the super big headache, I have caught a flu and a bit of cough.. I guess cos the weather is too humid and hot and also I ate too much of 柑.
After I came back I slept for about 3 hours and went for a bit of hair treatment.
Today, came back to work and have received a few ang pows. Lightened up my sickly mood abit lor! HAHAHA!!
